I am trying to limit this to the category of Cantonese cuisine because that is where it started. It is available in many parts of the world, so I can't just put it in HK cuisine or Canadian cuisine etc. Benjwong15:15, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The categories are not mutually exclusive and isn't HK part of the Cantonese region? So it's no problem to put it in both if it's acknowledged to be a prominent part of the cuisines of both Guangdong and HK. Badagnani21:25, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
